That's the oddest thing I've heard today. :-) And if he continued to watch her, I can only assume that there was something attractive about the way she looked/moved? Or maybe it was just the fact that she usually had food with her?!
I'm guessing bad, something like she looks like a horse or is as big as one? Makes me think of what people might say if Camilla, the Dutchess of Cornwall walked into a room.
