Congratulations on your son's wedding! When I started to read your post and saw the picture of the bird, I thought you were going to write that the blue bird had used you for target practice while you were all dressed up :)

Yesterday I saw many birds in my back yard too, but I felt really sorry for them because I know they they should be heading somewhere else.
Probably preferable to the cat my dad found on the engine on a bone-cold winter's day.
